What I didn’t expect was just how complicated, time-consuming, and overwhelming the process would be.

Eventually, I managed to sell the land and it gave me the financial boost I needed to finish my education and create a better life for myself. That experience stuck with me. I realized there must be others out there in similar situations, looking to turn their land into financial freedom but struggling with the complexities of the process.
